"Blind Man's Bluff Strategies: Play Your Best Game"

Learning to read opponents is the most valuable of your blind man's bluff strategies. Pay attention to your opponents and you'll discover what their facial expressions means.

Watch your opponents as they glance at your cards.

When they give your cards a double take, you have a strong hand, and if they give it a quick look, you have a weak hand.

After you've seen your opponents react to your cards, it's time to look at theirs.

Try not to give away other players' hands with your facial expressions. Look at each players' cards a few seconds. This way player's won't figure out the strength of their cards.

How do I know when to play my cards?

The strength of your opponents cards, will determine whether you should play or not.

If nobody has a card higher than a nine, it's probable you have the best hand.

If everyone has big cards, you can wait to play.

Players giving your cards a couple of passes, is a hint you have a strong hand.

A winning style applies aggressiveness.

It's a big part of your blind man's bluff strategies. Raising before the flop is the best way to find out the strength of your hand.

If it's very strong, everyone folds. If it's marginal you'll get 2-5 callers. If it's really bad someone will move all-in and you'll have to fold, unlessthey have 3-2!

The flop is where you decide if you're going to the showdown.

You want to see if someone’s cards connect to the flop.

If nobody makes a pair or it's the lowest pair, bet, push all-in! This is where you find out that you have a huge hand or absolute junk. They'll either give up or call you down to find out that your queen high had their jack high beat.

You will have a hard time winning the pot when there are 4 or more players. Reserve the all-in move for the times it's most likely to work (1-2 players in the pot).

On the turn and river use the same strategies as you use on the flop.

Bet and raise when your opponents have nothing.

Work on reading opponents.

Not only will it help you win at blind man's bluff but it will help in other poker games too.

Home games are the only place to play blind man's bluff, casino's won't play it. If you find your way into a home game, try to get everyone to play it, it's a lot of fun!

Good luck!
